Sunrise

Deep thought (Challenge):
Tomorrow, not the next day. Tomorrow. Wake up early and go and watch the sun rise, don't just watch it, feel it. Take the sunrise in, make it yours. Then, throughout the day smile at your co-workers, the waiter, the mail man, smile at them and know that inside of you, you have a sunrise of your very own. Through this method, you will be able to gain a new perspective on life, and everyone around you.
Most heartfeltfully yours,
Andrea.

Busy Beaver

Well,
It has been a LONG time since i have posted, so i should give you a general run-down of all the things that have been going on to distract me from the all important task of blogging (LoL!)

First of all i believe was the holidays, just general bustleyness kept me from having more than a moment to myself, and the last thing i wanted to do with those moments would be anything but sleep!
After i conquered the holidays i was doing some minor research into a new perspective then all (excuse my French) heck broke loose. First of all, amber my oldest and first daughter fell off her scooter and broke two front teeth and had a minor concussion. Two nights traumatic nights and three listless days in the hospital led to thousands of dentist, orthodontist and follow-up appointments. I am happy to say today she is as good as new!
I had nearly a full week to regroup before my mother had her hip replaced. The for three weeks i had to care for her and was at her home for nearly 5 hours a day. Throughout all this my dearest hubby was laid off, re-hired, and laid off again (promising offer pending).
As you can see it has been a very busy few months. So i hope you will be able to accept my humblest of apologies and a promise to continue to try and enlighten with new ideas and thoughts for you to ponder.
Please check back soon for more updates, and again sorry for the dry spell.
Ciao
Andrea

Deep Thought (question!):
Are we all connected? I don't mean through some super-psycho way, like something out of a 1970s sci-fi flick, but through a spiritual way. Sometimes when i am sitting quietly looking over the rolling hills out of my window, i seem to have a special awareness. Its almost like i can feel my fellow human beings, all across the globe. I feel their joys, their sorrows. It's as if we are, in fact connected, all of us. Every man, woman, and child.

New Perspective:
Buddhism is a fascinating perspective. Many of you think of old men in orange robes sitting quietly on a mountainside, but its so much more than that. Buddhism is a practical philosophy that can be adopted by anyone. I challenge you, however, not to take up way of life simply because your favorite actor or actress has converted but for yourself and your better-being.

Well, after all that heavy thinking, we should turn to something lighter. My hubby sent me an e-mail from work this afternoon, with the funniest little video clip the kids and i have been dancing to all day long! It is just so silly.
Enjoy! Until next time
Ciao
